Emma J. Broming is an Associate and Equity Shareholder at Premier Quantitative Consulting, Inc. Ms. Broming previously worked as a Research Assistant for Innovation and Information Consultants, Inc. She has been actively involved in major consulting projects for both the public and private sector. Ms. Broming’s experience spans multiple economic areas including utility regulatory analysis, data-based public policy analysis, valuation of intangible property, and transfer pricing issues. Ms. Broming has extensive experience working with large scale data sets and complex computations and is familiar with computational modeling and regression analysis.

Ms. Broming serves as a Director on our Board and also oversees PQC, Inc.’s public policy research, while also directing our research assistant program.  Ms. Broming’s particular interest areas include regulatory analyses and providing litigation support as well as public policy analyses related to business issues affecting women and minority business owners.

Ms. Broming graduated summa cum laude with an A.B. degree in Physics and Music from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
